CHANGE:

The product / products you send for exchange are unused, uncleaned, without any modification, accessories, if any gift, if there is any package (undamaged) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the delivery. All shipping charges in exchange belong to the CUSTOMER.

Do not create a new order to make a change, or contact our company by phone, do not request a product reservation, but if you have received the product you have sent, the product you requested will be sent to your address within 14 business days at the latest if it is available in our inventory, if the product you want is not available in our stock, it is Exchange or refund will be made with the product.

Our design and evening dress models will be accepted if they are exchanged or returned but delivered on the same day.
Underwear, swimwear, shawls and headscarves cannot be returned or changed due to hygiene.

When the product is exchanged and shipped, you will be informed by SMS about your product being shipped.

NOTE: The products / products you have sent for exchange have been over 14 days, have been used, and have lost their merchantability, if they are damaged (if any). If the invoice comes in two nusha, (if any) without accessories or gifts, the product will not be accepted, it will be sent back to you by payment (notified by message).

If you want to send a product / products to be exchanged with a shipping company that we are not contracted to, you have to pay the shipping cost. Otherwise, the product will be returned to you without acceptance.

Changes to the buyer. In the case of the second exchange, the cargo charge belongs to the buyer. The change cannot be made after the second change and your refund will be processed.

REFUND:
For any reason you would like to return, the return period of the product with the re-sellability is 14 days from the date of delivery. The returned product must be undamaged, unused, has not been damaged as a result of the usage error and the re-sellability property should be intact.

If you have completed the return of your invoice, you can return the invoiced product, both the invoice, the original box and the packaging with all the accessories sent, the return form on the back of your invoice and the payment method if you have completed your payment by money transfer or payment at the door. (You must have completed and signed the return form in order to realize your return transactions in accordance with the Tax Procedures Law No. 385) by writing and signing the account information (name of the account holder, bank account number, bank name, branch name or code) and IBAN information for your person or someone else. Through our contracted cargo; without paying the shipping fee, the buyer must pay with the shipping company.

The price of the returned products / products, from the moment the products reach our warehouse; checking the conformity of the product with the return conditions; For the orders received by credit card, the shipping fee is deducted and the remaining amount will be returned to your credit card. However, if your purchases are made in installments, your bank reflects the return to your statement in installments. For the return transactions after the delivery of the products received with the option of payment at the door; The normal return procedures listed above are valid and if there is no defect in the product, the Door Payment Service Fee and shipping charge are deducted and returned to you by deducting the total cost of the shopping. After the return of the product / products to our warehouse and check the conformity of the return conditions, the product price will be refunded.
